Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use a jz023 Account, you must satisfy ALL of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions.
• You are accessing jz023 as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of jz023 or any of its affiliated game or payment providers.
• You have not previously had a jz023 Account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list or programme that would prohibit you from accessing online gambling services.
• You have not been diagnosed with or treated for problem gambling within the past 12 months unless you have obtained written clearance from a qualified medical professional.
• You are the lawful owner of the payment method(s) you use to deposit funds into your jz023 Account. Third-party payment is strictly prohibited.
• You are not depositing funds derived from criminal activity or any other unlawful source.

jz023 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and payment method ownership at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by jz023 support will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete. In cases of confirmed underage gambling, the account will be permanently closed and all funds returned to the original payment method after deducting any winnings generated.

Account Registration & Verification

Each player may hold exactly one (1) jz023 Account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein. If you discover that a duplicate account has been created in error, you must notify jz023 support at [email protected] immediately.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, and a valid email address or mobile number. jz023 relies on this information to fulfil its KYC obligations and to process withdrawals. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

• Username and Password: You are responsible for choosing a secure password and keeping it confidential. jz023 will never request your password by any communication channel. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): jz023 strongly recommends enabling SMS OTP-based 2FA on your Account. While optional, 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access. jz023 accepts no liability for Account compromise where 2FA was available but not enabled.
• KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal, jz023 requires verification of your identity. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number) is also required.
• Account Updates: You must keep your Account information current. If your email address, mobile number, or registered payment method changes, you must update your Account profile or notify support promptly. jz023 cannot be held liable for failed communications or delayed withdrawals resulting from outdated Account information.
• One Account Per Household: Only one Account is permitted per household address. Where multiple individuals at the same address wish to use jz023, each must register separately, clearly identified with their own personal details. jz023 may request proof of separate identity in such cases.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on jz023 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). jz023 does not charge players any fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, individual payment providers (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard) may apply their own transaction fees according to their respective terms of service.

Minimum and Maximum Deposits: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day vary by payment method and may be adjusted at jz023's discretion. Current limits are displayed at the point of deposit within your Account dashboard.

Withdrawal Processing: All withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 10–30 minutes of approval during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours; Rocket and Upay withdrawals may take up to 2 hours; Visa and Mastercard withdrawals may take 1–5 business days depending on the issuing bank. jz023 cannot guarantee processing times outside of its control.

• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method registered in the same name as the jz023 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• jz023 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳200,000 in a rolling 30-day period.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket that have not been wagered at least once are subject to a return-to-source policy — they will be returned to the originating mobile wallet rather than withdrawn to a different method.
• jz023 is not responsible for delays or failures caused by incorrect payment details provided by the player. Funds sent to an incorrect bKash or Nagad number due to player error cannot be recovered by jz023.
• jz023 reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the player if the Platform determines that accepting the deposit would violate these Terms & Conditions or any applicable policy.

Bonuses & Promotions

jz023 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including but not limited to: a 100% welcome bonus up to ৳20,000 on the first qualifying deposit, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spin promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL cricket season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Ramadan, and major ICC tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each individual offer.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses issued by jz023 unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Each promotional offer is limited to one claim per player, per household address, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts or payment methods constitutes bonus abuse.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings may be requested. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 30x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements; live dealer table games, sports bets, and crash games may contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10%–20%). Specific contribution rates are published on the individual promotion page.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the Account, unless a different validity period is stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• jz023 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Changes will be communicated via the jz023 website or by email to the registered address on the player's Account.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bonus calculation or wagering requirement, the records held by jz023's system shall be the authoritative reference.

Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing a wager on jz023, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules governing that wager, including the game rules published by the relevant game provider and any sport-specific betting rules applicable to the market in which you are betting. jz023 acts as the settlement agent for all wagers placed on its Platform.

The following rules apply universally to all wagers on jz023:

• Bet Confirmation: A wager is only valid once jz023's system has confirmed acceptance and issued a unique bet reference number. In the event of a technical failure before confirmation is issued, the wager is null and void, and the stake is returned to the player's balance.
• Obvious Errors: jz023 reserves the right to void and refund any bet accepted as a result of an obvious pricing error, including but not limited to odds displayed at a value that clearly misrepresents the true market probability. Settlement at an obviously erroneous price is not binding on jz023.
• Cricket Betting: BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC ODI, and Test markets are settled based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC). Rain-interrupted matches are settled according to the applicable DLS method where an official result is declared. Abandoned matches without an official result are voided.
• Casino Game Integrity: All casino games on jz023 use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. RTP figures for all slots are publicly available from the relevant game provider. jz023 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Disconnection Policy: If your internet connection is interrupted during a live casino game round or a crash game, jz023's server-side records will determine the outcome. If a round was fully resolved on the server before the disconnection, that result stands. If the round was not initiated, the stake is returned.
• Maximum Winnings: jz023 reserves the right to enforce maximum single-session and single-bet payout limits. Current limits are displayed in the relevant game lobby or betting market. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum payout cap will be settled at the cap amount.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jz023. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in consequences up to and including immediate permanent Account closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Opening or operating more than one jz023 Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal or payment information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic means to place wagers or gain an unfair advantage over jz023 or other players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonuses, or systematically exploit specific betting markets.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, copy, or otherwise tamper with any part of the jz023 Platform, including its software, games, or security systems.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in jz023's software for financial gain. Players who discover any Platform error must report it to [email protected] immediately and must not exploit it.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or Account-level controls imposed by jz023.
• Engaging in threatening, abusive, harassing, or discriminatory behaviour towards jz023 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Allowing a third party to use your jz023 Account or using another person's Account, regardless of consent.

Account Suspension & Closure

jz023 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the Platform's integrity or other players.

Players may also request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting jz023 support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe following closure.

Responsible Gaming Closures: Players who request Account closure for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion requests — will have their Account closed with immediate effect from the time the request is acknowledged by jz023. Self-excluded Accounts cannot be reopened during the agreed exclusion period under any circumstances. jz023 strongly encourages players who feel their gambling is becoming problematic to use the self-exclusion tool rather than simply deleting the app or forgetting their login credentials.

• Where an Account is closed by jz023 due to confirmed Terms & Conditions breach, jz023 reserves the right to withhold the entire Account balance pending investigation.
• Where an Account is closed voluntarily by the player and no breach is suspected, the verified real-money balance will be returned in full minus any applicable processing fees charged by the player's payment provider.
• jz023 retains the right to maintain Account records for a period required by applicable data retention policies, even following Account closure. Please refer to the jz023 Privacy Policy for full details.
• Players wishing to re-open a voluntarily closed Account (where self-exclusion was not the reason) may contact support after a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours. Re-opening is at jz023's discretion and subject to re-verification.
